Earnnest
Earnnest is our preferred method of payment for Earnest Money. Earnnest is a secure, convenient digital payment platform that allows for a fully digital transfer of funds in real estate transactions. The fee Earnnest charges is comparable to a cashier’s check and less than the cost of a typical bank wire fee.
Wire
If you would like to send your earnest money via wire transfer, please call our office (phone numbers shown below) so that we can provide you with our wiring instructions.
Please Note: Your bank may charge a wire transfer fee.

Wire fraud is a very real threat in real estate transactions. To help protect our clients from this risk, we use CertifID: an easy-to-use solution to securely share wiring instructions and verify identities before funds are transferred. Here's a quick video on how to obtain our wiring instructions, as well as a quick video on how we collect and confirm your wiring instructions. If you receive a request to wire funds through any way other than CertifID, STOP. Call us immediately from an independently verified phone number. Don’t trust a phone number or email address provided in any email the asks you for money. Never wire money without double-checking that the wiring instructions are correct.
WARNING – FRAUDULENT FUNDING INSTRUCTIONS: Wiring instructions are sent through CertifID. Please call to verify using contact information found from an independent source. We are not responsible for any wires sent by you to an incorrect bank account.
