Who We're Looking For

There’s no “typical” background that fits here—but there is a mindset. If this sounds like you, we hope you’ll reach out:

Attorneys

You want to grow your practice without losing your personality. You value relationships over ego. You care about client experience and team culture.

Law Students

You’re looking to do real work with real people who care. You're ready to start working with clients, not hiding behind the scenes. You’re hungry to learn, curious by nature, and not afraid to ask questions.

Paralegals & Support Staff

You’re the person people count on. Organized, dependable, proactive—and you love knowing the details matter.

Not sure where you fit?

Reach out anyway. We’re always looking to meet people who share our values.

Where You Could Fit In

We’re always looking for people who bring skill, heart, and hustle to our team. Here are the core roles that make our firm run smoothly — and the kind of impact you’d have in each.

Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

  • Serve as the first friendly face (or voice) clients encounter.
  • Manage calls, scheduling, and client communications with professionalism and warmth.
  • Keep the office running smoothly with organizational support across teams, including transaction assistance.

Pre-Closer

  • Set up files, order title, and gather all the key details from buyers and sellers so every closing starts off on the right foot.
  • Coordinate with agents, lenders, and clients to ensure all documents are ready before closing day.
  • Track timelines and resolve issues proactively to keep deals on schedule.

Closer

  • Prepare and review settlement statements, closing disclosures, and all final closing documentation with accuracy and care.
  • Balance the file, secure funding, and disburse checks to keep every transaction seamless.
  • Finalize the process by issuing title insurance policies and ensuring all requirements are wrapped up.

Post-Closer

  • Record all closing documents and process disbursements promptly so every transaction stays on track.
  • Issue and mail out insurance policies and deeds to both owners and lenders, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Serve as the quality-control checkpoint that ties up every loose end.

Paralegal (Wills & Probate / Estate Planning, Business Formation, Personal Injury)

  • Draft and prepare legal documents tailored to the practice area.
  • Conduct research and manage case files to support attorneys and clients.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and attorneys, ensuring timely updates and smooth case progress.

Attorney

  • Conduct real estate closings with professionalism and a client-first focus.
  • Draft purchase agreements and related documentation that keep deals moving smoothly.
  • Conduct and review title exams to ensure accuracy and peace of mind for all parties.
  • Step in across the end-to-end closing experience as needed, providing legal guidance and support wherever it adds value.
  • Also provide counsel in other key practice areas, including wills and estate planning, probate matters, business formation and structuring, and personal injury cases.

And one more thing: no matter the role, we all pitch in. Whether it’s helping a teammate, jumping into a project outside our lane, or simply noticing a client need and meeting it before being asked — stepping up is part of our DNA. Around here, we don’t just do our jobs; we help each other succeed. The outcome you ask? Every time we cross-train and help in new areas, we grow our own capabilities and our value to the firm. It’s a win-win: clients are better served, teammates feel supported, and each of us walks away stronger. Bring the right attitude, focus on doing the right things, and everybody wins
